2. SEE IF YOU QUALIFY - INCOME & COST TO MOVE IN
To income qualify the total monthly household income must be at least 3.5x's the monthly rent (pre-tax) (if rent is $1000, you must
make $3500+ per month).
Cost to move in is based primarily on credit. please see below:

Score over 600 - 1st months rent + deposit (equal to 1 (one) months rent)

Score between 540 & 600 - 1st months rent + double deposit

Score under 540 - not likely to be approved.
Additional consideration is weighted with accounts in collection etc.
No utilities can be in collection.

Once filled out, we'll email/text you regarding the open house schedule.

If you have toured and would like to move forward you'll get an email to authorize/pay $30.00 for a full
background, eviction and credit report.

Our application fee is non-refundable.

Every applicant will be fully vetted and your current landlord will be contacted.

If you state that you own the home you live in now, public records will be cross-referenced.
4. SIGN LEASE:
If approved, the full move in costs must be received to take property off the
market.
No appliances, furniture, blinds, window coverings or utilities included unless specifically mentioned.
