Deposit

We allow a maximum of 2 pets per home.

Each pet requires a $200.00 non-refundable deposit.

To save you a bit of money for 2 pets its $350.00. (non-refundable).

Monthly Pet Rent

Pet Rent is $35.00 a month per pet.

ESA Applicants

We require a letter from your physician stating this need. You will be required to prove the need in accordance with Fair Housing Law and have that need verified by a licensed professional.

Certificates are not accepted from a pay to print website and communication that is verifiable with your physician will be conducted for approval.

All animals must be vaccinated and registered with Lucas County Auditors Office.

You will be asked to provide proof of vaccinations and registration.

Registration is a requirement on the State of Ohio, County of Lucas and City of Toledo.

A pet addendum will be required to be signed in conjunction with your lease.
