Renters Insurance
You will be required to have renters insurance with coverage of $100,000.00. Failure to continue the renters insurance policy during tenancy is a material violation of the lease and may result in non-renewal /eviction.
Glass City Real Estate must be listed as an interested party.
Payment Expectations
Rent is due on the 1st of the month.
We have a 5 day grace period.
There is a non-refundable or non-waivable late fee of $100.00.
Renewals
It is generally understood and explained that when you renew your lease you will not be renewing at the original rate. Discounts are offered for early renewals. Month to month status incurs a $200.00 extra month non-refundable fee.
Generally the renewal increase will be between 5% and 9% depending on special moved in etc.
